The Australian Investment Council has commenced early planning for the Australian Investment Conference 2026, following the success of its 30th anniversary edition on the Gold Coast in September 2025. The venue for next year’s program is yet to be announced.

The 2025 conference, held at The Langham, Gold Coast, welcomed a full delegate allocation with over 600 senior private capital professionals in attendance. The program included the Investor Forum, Venture Capital Summit, plenary sessions, and popular networking highlights such as the SkyPoint drinks reception and the Investing for Growth Awards and Gala Dinner.

For 2026, the Council is expected to continue its focus on global and domestic investment trends, policy reform, and opportunities in private equity, venture capital, and private credit. Venue selection is currently in progress, with metropolitan and resort options under consideration.

Venues, suppliers, and potential partners are advised to engage with the Council in the coming months, as partnership opportunities and accommodation allocations are typically confirmed early in the year.
